Earlier this year we were delighted to be asked by Clarity Alliance, the trade association for the UK Hi-Fi industry, to provide sales training to their members.
Following a pilot training delivered to a select group of willing trainees in January we've now completed three successful training events across the UK and a fourth event is in the diary for the 9th October.
The training is a crash course on thinking differently when it comes to selling. It's as much about your mindset as your skills, and it shows you the benefits of placing your customer first and foremost. You might be surprised how easy it is to forget that your shop, your brand, your products and your services must earn their place in your customer's journey, and no matter how exclusive you are, there are many more things out there competing for your customer's attention, business and ongoing loyalty.
I could spend the rest of this blog entry telling you how great the Clarity Training is, but instead I'll let you watch this video which was made by Jack, one of the guys from Norfolk retailer Martin's Hi-Fi who attended the pilot training back in January 2019.
