One of our First and Most Treasured Clients
Retra, the leading trade association for independent electrical retailers and service agents in the UK was first established in 1942, and they've been one of our most valued clients since day one of our own, much younger, business.

Retra first approached us to design and build a bespoke e-learning platform for their members and create courses to help retail staff get to grips with the complexities of selling responsibly with finance, extended warranty and general sales.
​
We did exactly that, and more!

An Award-Winning Partnership
The learning platform we designed and built for Retra was developed from the ground up, presenting an intuitive, frictionless user interface for all learners, dispensing with complex navigation trees and pointless text in favour of bold graphics and large buttons.
​
In addition, the courses incorporated 10 specially filmed videos which presented the issues faced by retailers in a real-world yet entertaining manner.
​
That was back in 2015, and the following year we scooped an industry award for Best Industry Training, specifically for the Retra e-learning platform, making our mark on the UK electrical retailing industry in a big way!
Website Design, Rebranding and Digital Publishing
In 2018 Retra asked us to design and build a brand new website to better represent the brand, promote their services, integrate with their CRM and provide their members with a seamless online experience.

So we did that.
​
And in addition we redesigned Retra's branding, giving them a new logo and a new style sheet with more vibrant brand colours.
We also created and published a digital version of their member exclusive trade magazine, Alert​.​

Ongoing Partnership with Bira
Recently Retra was acquired by Bira, the British Independent Retailers Association who, with over 6,000 members across a number of distinct industries, offer one of the most impressive suites of member services we've seen.

We highly value our relationship with Retra, and now Bira, to this day and we are delighted to continue to support them with digital web and e-learning solutions.
