In 2025 we embarked upon a collaboration with Sony UK's multiple award-winning training team to deliver retail sales training to more than 100 retail activation team members across the UK.


Retail Activation
Sony's retail activation teams represent the Sony brand in a number of flagship retail stores across the UK. They train retail sales staff, they ensure Sony products are properly merchandised, and they demonstrate and sell Sony products to the retailer's customers when they are in stores.

Their product knowledge is second to none, however as with any large team, their retail sales experience varies.
Best in Class Sales Process and Customer Experience
Sony's training team contacted us to design and deliver a 'sales process' that could be picked up by every member of their retail activation teams regardless of their individual experience.

The process had to be fully aligned with the brand's own values and objectives, and it had to be 100% focused on providing Sony's customers with best-in-class customer experiences.

We delivered the training across 3 days to over 100 staff at Sony UK's Weybridge HQ. The fast-paced workshop sessions incorporated a combination of group and individual tasks designed to help every member of the team understand where and how they could make a positive difference to their sales and their interactions with their customers.
